Afternoon Tea
On 23rd April 2016 we hosted an afternoon tea.
​
The first of a series of intergenerational
events sharing YMCA stories.
Dr Emma Hanna from the University of Kent
will speak about how YMCA created safe
spaces for young men during WW1 and how
they encouraged education, sport, music and
cinema
followed by some music from young people
and then afternoon tea in the garden room.
